Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 50 g raw ham, diced
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 1 tomato(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spread the slice of bread with butter and place it on a plate. Arrange the diced raw ham on top. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggs until fried. Season with salt and pepper and place on the ham sandwich. Slice the cucumber, cut the tomato into eighths, and arrange on the plate.
