Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ pineapple, fresh
- 2 bananas
- 2 bulb(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- ½ lemon(s)
- n. B. Honey
- 3 tbsp almond flakes, roasted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with fresh fruit juice
Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and dice the flesh. Peel and slice the bananas. Wash, core, and slice the pears. Place everything in a bowl. Halve the orange and lemon and squeeze the juice. Season the juice with honey and pour over the salad. Sprinkle the toasted almonds on top.
