Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pork loins, fine, 500 g each
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- 250 g dried meat
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 2 large onions
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- Paprika powder
- 1 pack of sauce (cream sauce)

Cut the meat into slices, sprinkle with the spices, and sear each side over a very hot heat for about 1 minute. Then layer the meat in a casserole dish (do not grease the dish!). Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan, mix the cream sauce powder with a little water, and add it to the cream. Bring to a boil briefly while stirring, then pour the sauce over the meat. Sauté the dried meat separately, discarding any fat. Sauté the mushrooms and onions, mix with the dried meat, and spread over the sauce. Once everything has cooled completely, cover the dish with foil and refrigerate for at least eight hours. One hour before serving, bake the dish in the oven at 180°C.
