Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1.2 kg pork fillet(s), cut into medallions
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 375 g onion(s), diced
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 3 stalk(s) leek, cut into thin half rings
  • 750 ml cream
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 2 bags of sauce powder (hunter’s sauce)
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ideal for any party

Season the meat with salt, pepper, and curry powder and place it side by side in the roasting pan. Mix the mushrooms, onions, ham, and leeks and spread them on top. Mix the cream and sour cream with the curry powder and sauce mix and pour over everything. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, cover and bake for 75 minutes at 180°C (preheated) or 160°C (fan oven, not preheated).
