Fruit salad with fruity dressing

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg nectarine(s)
  • 500 g blue grapes, seedless
  • 1 small watermelon(s)
  • 3 apples
  • 3 bulb(s)
  • 3 bananas
  • 3 peaches
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • possibly liquid sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash half of the nectarines, remove the pits, and puree with orange juice, sweetener (optional), and lemon juice. Wash or peel the remaining fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place everything in a large bowl and mix well. Let it sit for a while and enjoy. Tip: You can add other fruits, nuts, and/or mint. It also tastes great with a splash of rum or with vanilla ice cream.
