Sharon banana salad with dried goji berries, almonds and sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 persimmon (Sharon fruit)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar or agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes, roasted
  • 2 tbsp goji berries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the Sharon. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Combine sour cream with sugar or agave syrup. Combine the banana and Sharon and place in bowls or on plates. Pour the sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with the almonds and goji berries. Lemon balm or mint would be a good garnish.
