Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g chicory
- 2 cans of tangerines
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- oil
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Trim the chicory and quarter it lengthwise. Remove the bitter core. Cut the chicory into thin strips. Mix with the mandarin oranges, the juice of 1 can of mandarin oranges, lemon juice, and a dash of oil. Add sugar to taste and let it steep for about 15-20 minutes.
