Chicken Leg

  • 2000 g Chicken leg
  • 60 g Kefir
  • 10 g Salt
  • 5 g Curry powder
  • 5 g Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pepper from the grinder
  1. Peel the garlic clove and make several incisions, mix with the remaining ingredients. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in it, remove the garlic clove.
  2. Store marinated lower legs in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Or vacuum seal with a suitable vacuum sealer. Place the chicken on a wire rack, use a drip tray in the oven to catch the dripping fat.
  3. In the preheated oven, 140 degree surface grill with convection for about 60 minutes depending on the desired tan, also more or less. Those who do not have convection only use the oven’s surface grill function at 160 degrees. Open the oven briefly 3 times in between and let off the steam. Otherwise cook on the grill. Juicy .. tender, bon appetite
