Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pasta
- 1 small chili pepper(s), fresh
- 2 tbsp cream cheese with chili and tomatoes
- 40 g bacon cubes
- e.g. Parmesan
- n. B. herbs, fresh
- Butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Thinly slice the chili pepper. Melt the butter and bacon in a pan (not too much butter, as the bacon will also release fat). Add the pasta and toss to combine. Then add the cream cheese and chili pepper, mix everything together, and cook for about 5 minutes. Transfer the dish to a plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs, if desired.
