Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cans of mushrooms, drained
  • 1 jar of lecho
  • 1 ½ bottles of ketchup
  • 2 cups broth
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 can/n mandarin oranges (with juice)
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat and onions together. Then mix with the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and heat through.
