Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, e.g. spirelli
  • 400 g leek
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with leek and broccoli

First, cook the pasta until al dente and then let it cool. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook until al dente. Wash the leek and slice into rings, drain the corn, and dice the ham. Sauté the leek in oil and then let it cook. Add the corn, ham, broccoli, and pasta to the leek and pour everything into a greased baking dish. For the sauce, beat the eggs with the cream cheese, add the cream, season with spices, and pour over the vegetables and pasta. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
