Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 ml meat broth
  • ¾ jar mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar essence
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g pasta, colored (tricolore)
  • 7 small cucumbers (pickles)
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. Emmental)
  • 200 g ham or salami
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let cool. Finely chop the pickles, cheese, ham (salami), bell peppers, and leeks. Make a sauce from the broth, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar and season with salt, pepper, curry, and garlic. Pour the dressing into a large bowl, add all the chopped ingredients, and mix in the cold pasta. Let the mixture sit for about 1-2 hours, or longer or shorter if desired.
