Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g oat flakes, fine
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 apples, peeled, pitted, sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Clarified butter for frying

Bring the milk and salt to a boil and pour over the oatmeal. Stir thoroughly, then let the mixture stand for 30 minutes. Mix the apple slices with the sugar. Heat clarified butter in a pan, pour in some batter, and top with apple slices. Fry the pancakes until browned on both sides.
