Pasta casserole with ham and cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta of your choice
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream, sour cream or cremefine can also be used
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Combine the cream cheese with the egg and cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Dice the ham and toss it with the pasta. Place the pasta in a greased casserole dish, top with the cream and cheese mixture, and add some butter. Bake in the preheated oven at medium heat for about 30 minutes.
