Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 half kohlrabi
- 1 apple
- 2 large carrots
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tsp ready-made mix (Saladfix)
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 tbsp herbs, chopped, e.g. parsley, cress
- 1 chili pepper(s), frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick and easy
Wash the vegetables and grate them. Add the juice of one lemon, salad dressing, herbs, and walnut oil to the salad and stir well. Grate some of the frozen chili over the salad with a fine grater. Freeze the rest of the chili to keep it fresh longer and prevent it from spoiling. This serves 4 people as a side salad, but if you only want the salad, it serves 2 people.
