  • 200 ml cream
  • some cornstarch
  • some oil for frying
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the minute steaks into strips approximately 1 cm wide. Peel the onion and dice finely. Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them depending on their size. Clean and dice the bell pepper. Clean the leek and slice into rings. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the meat in batches until light brown all over and season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the pan. Add a little more oil to the pan and first sauté the diced onion, then add the remaining vegetables and fry. Deglaze with the white wine and reduce completely. Add the stock, mustard, and cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix a little starch in cold water until smooth and use to thicken the remaining sauce. Season again with salt and pepper. Add the meat and any juices that have run out and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Serve the strips on plates. Serve with rice or flatbread.
