Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 500 ml milk
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 1 kg minced meat
- 6 onions
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 can/n tomatoes
- 2 cans of corn
- 2 cans of mushrooms
- Cheese, grated
- 3 processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta until tender. Heat the milk and melt the cream cheese. Stir in the crème fraîche, season, and toss the pasta with the sauce. Brown the minced meat and season. Sauté the onions in half rings, finely chop the bell peppers, and saute them. Add the tomatoes, corn, and mushrooms and season well. Layer everything in a baking dish, alternating the pasta, minced meat, and vegetables, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes.
