Ingredients for 3 servings:

- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 200 g ham, cooked, cut into half strips)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup of cream (or 1/2 milk + 1/2 cream)
- 1 bag of cheese, grated (I always use Gouda)
Instructions

as easy to make as it is called
Cook the pasta “al dente” according to the instructions. Preheat oven to 200°C. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the ground beef until nicely crumbly. Mix the cream with the tomato paste and season well with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer half of it to a greased casserole dish. Then add half of the already chopped, cooked ham and half of the ground beef. Spread half of the cream mixture over the meat layer. Then add the pasta, cooked ham, ground beef, and the remaining cream sauce, and finally, spread the cheese on top. Bake the whole thing on the middle rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on how browned the cheese is). Tip: If you like it even savorier, you can add a little more cheese and spread it over the first layer of meat. This way, you’ll also get the delicious cheese flavor inside.
