Rice noodle salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag(s) of noodles (rice noodles)
  • salt water
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cups meat salad
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the bell peppers and the cooled and peeled eggs. Trim and finely chop the spring onions. Drain the pineapple pieces and reserve the juice. Mix all ingredients together and let stand. Finally, season the salad with the pineapple juice.
