Pasta salad with kidney beans

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 gr. can/n kidney beans
  • 150 g ham, finely diced raw
  • 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp curry ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Dilute Miracle Whip with a little water, stir in the chili sauce and curry ketchup, and season to taste. Stir in the cooked noodles, shallot, and ham, then pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well. Let stand for about 3 hours. Season again before serving. Ideal as a side dish for a summer barbecue!
