Strawberry salad with apples and cinnamon-honey kefir

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 150 ml kefir
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quarter the apples and core them. Slice them thinly and drizzle with lemon juice. Wash, stem, and halve the strawberries. Mix the kefir with the crème fraîche, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon and blend until foamy. Divide among four dessert plates and add the fruit. Garnish with the pistachios.
