Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 35 g protein powder vanilla cream
  • n. B. Oil
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 350 g Greek-style yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Lower Carb

First, mash the bananas with a fork and place them in a bowl. Then add the eggs and egg white powder and mix everything well. Wash and chop the strawberries and set them aside with the blueberries. Heat the oil in a pan. Don’t overheat it, or the pancakes will burn quickly. Now, using a small ladle, slowly add the batter to the pan. When bubbles form, flip the pancake and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve the pancakes with the yogurt and fresh fruit.
