Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 minced meat, mixed
- 3 m.-large zucchini
- 1 handful of green, seedless grapes
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
- curry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 150 cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, a little paprika, and curry powder. Then add the finely chopped zucchini and a little water. Cook until the zucchini is soft, then add more curry powder. Add about 1 teaspoon of honey and the grapes. Cook for about 8 minutes, then puree. Finally, stir in the cream cheese. Season to taste. The amount of water depends on how creamy you want the soup. Serve with warm baguette.
