Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- 300 g cream cheese spread
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the onions. Slice the leeks into rings. Add butter to a saucepan and sauté the onions. Next, add the ground beef, fry, and season with salt and pepper. Add the leeks and fry for a few minutes. Then add 1 liter of broth and the processed cheese. Stir everything thoroughly until the cheese is melted and simmer for 15–20 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
