Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some butter
  • 1 jacket potato(s)
  • 1 slice(s) of breakfast bacon
  • 2 mushrooms from the can
  • 1 slice(s) raclette cheese
  • 1 quail egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grease a raclette pan with butter. Slice the jacket potato and place it in the pan. Cut the bacon into small pieces and cover the jacket potato with them. Slice the mushrooms and arrange them on top of the bacon. Crack open 1 quail egg and place it on top. Cover with raclette cheese and bake in the raclette grill. Serve and enjoy.
