Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 slices of toast or white bread
  • e.g. salami
  • n. B. cooked ham
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 4 tsp onion(s), diced, frozen
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 6 tsp tomato paste
  • e.g. oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Stir the tomato paste with a little water until you have a smooth tomato sauce. Stir in the oregano. Drain the mushrooms. Spread 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce on each slice of white bread. Top the slices of bread as desired, e.g., with whole slices of salami and/or cooked ham, mushrooms, and a few diced onions. Sprinkle all of the topped pizza slices with some grated cheese and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 7 minutes. Possible variations include: salami, mushrooms, onions, cooked ham, salami, peppers, cooked ham, pineapple (Hawaiian), tomato slices, mozzarella, basil.
