Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 passion fruit
- 160 g sugar
- 130 ml water
- 1 large orange(s), juice only
- 1 large mango(s)
- 10 large lychees, fresh or from the can
- 1 large carambola (star fruit)
- some cream, stiffly whipped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the passion fruit and pass it through a sieve into a small pan. Add the sugar, orange juice, and water, and bring to a boil while stirring. Set aside. Prepare and prepare all the other fruits, mix in a bowl, and divide between 6 bowls. Bring the syrup back to a slow boil and simmer for 5 minutes until it thickens. Then pour the warm syrup over the fruit bowls and serve immediately. If desired, top with some stiffly whipped cream.
