Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 1 jar oil
- 2 jars of milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk, for brushing
- 400 g feta cheese, for the filling
- 3 tbsp milk, for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
For the dough, mix all ingredients together thoroughly and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut into small squares, approximately 8×8 cm. Cut the feta into small cubes. Spread a little on the squares and shape them into croissants. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk the egg yolk with milk. Brush the croissants with this mixture. Bake at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
