  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • e.g. sauce powder (gravy)

  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Cut the white cabbage into small slices or chunks and braise them directly in a large casserole dish. Separately, fry the minced meat in a large pan until crumbly and then add it to the cabbage. Peel and finely chop the onions and fry them separately. Then add them to the cabbage. Add a large pinch of caraway seeds to the pot and pour in enough water to lightly cover the cabbage and minced meat mixture. Let it simmer for about 30-45 minutes. If necessary, thicken the sauce with the gravy – depending on taste and quantity. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche. Serve with boiled potatoes.
