Banana, milk, oatmeal, apple – with or without juicer

This recipe is intended for both those with and without a juicer. If you have a juicer, put the apple and half a banana through the juicer. Place the mixture in a blender along with the milk, oats, and perhaps a little honey or something similar, and blend thoroughly. Then add the remaining half a banana and blend thoroughly again. If that’s not creamy enough, you could add yogurt or quark – without (!) the apple juice. If you don’t have a juicer, replace the apple with apple juice and place the apple juice in a blender along with the whole, sliced banana. Add the milk, then gradually add the oats and perhaps honey or something similar. Again, if it’s not creamy enough, you could add yogurt or quark. This drink or shake is intended for use in the morning as a breakfast substitute.
