Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 400 g beef or pork, from the can
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of cream
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- salt and pepper
- Liquid seasoning

also suitable for large quantities
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat a pan. Add the canned meat and fry briefly. Fry out any jelly. Then mix with the spaghetti and transfer to a baking dish. Whisk the eggs with the cream and ketchup. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and liquid seasoning, if desired. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. If you like it a little more generous, you can add grated cheese after about 20 minutes for a nice cheese crust.
