Kiwi and ham carpaccio with Parmesan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • ¼ bell pepper(s), orange
  • 2 slices of Italian cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • some parsley
  • some Parmesan
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 2 dashes Balsamic vinegar, lighter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the kiwis and slice thinly. Thinly slice the washed and deseeded bell pepper. Cut the ham slices into strips (similar in length to the kiwis). Arrange the kiwis, bell peppers, and cooked ham in a fan-like pattern on a plate. Season with balsamic vinegar, herb salt, pepper, shaved Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Distribute the toppings over the carpaccio as desired. Serve as fresh as possible.
