Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bunch radishes
- 8 Vienna sausages
- 2 apples, crisp and sour
- 1 bunch parsley, flat
- 2 cups of creamy natural yogurt, 200 g each
- 3 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise or remoulade sauce
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Slice the radishes; the finer the slices, the better. Thinly slice the Vienna sausages as well. Quarter and slice the apples. For the dressing, combine the yogurt with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Fold in the radishes, Vienna sausages, and apples. Finely chop the parsley; you can add as much parsley as you like, depending on your taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
