Oat-apple breakfast porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 35 g muesli (basic muesli)
  • 35 g oat flakes, fine
  • 2 tbsp quinoa, cooked
  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • 2 tbsp applesauce, without sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink) (soy rice drink)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine the muesli and oats in a bowl. Add the quinoa. Pour enough soy rice drink over the muesli to cover. Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes. Stir in the applesauce, oat bran, and cinnamon. Adjust the oat bran to your preferred consistency. If you like it a little sweeter, stir in 1 teaspoon of honey. Tip: I always cook quinoa in advance for a few days and quickly take a little out of the fridge in the morning.
