- 200 ml milk
- 5 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped honey

Place the banana in a microwave-safe container and mash it. Add the milk and heat in the microwave. Add the oats and honey and stir. Let it swell and enjoy.
