Combine the milk with the oats and microwave for 1 minute at 800 W. Stir, then microwave for another minute at 800 W. Stir again and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Mix with the chopped banana, chopped apple, cocoa powder, cinnamon, almonds, and honey.
