Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g surimi
  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 1 small can of corn (140 g)
  • ¼ lettuce(s)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise or crème fraîche
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the surimi, cucumber, and lettuce. Add the drained corn. Season with salt. Mix well with mayonnaise or crème fraîche.
