Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 small jar of pickled gherkins
  • 1 medium-sized lemon(s), juice
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper if needed
  • 500 g crab
  • 2 sprigs of dill, plucked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Party recipe

Peel the onions and finely chop them along with the pickled gherkins. Mix with lemon juice and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Carefully mix the crab with the finely chopped onions and gherkins, then sprinkle with the torn dill. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
