Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- ¾ jar dried tomatoes in oil
- 200 g cream cheese, e.g. paprika chili, grilled peppers, dried tomatoes
- 200 g Gouda, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the flatbread into 4-6 “cake slices.” Spread the cream cheese on the sliced flatbread. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and arrange them on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sun-dried tomatoes. Fold the flatbread back over and bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
