Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- ½ bunch basil
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some tomatoes, dried
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 50 g pine nuts
- e.g. balsamic vinegar
- e.g. olive oil
- salt and pepper

noble and simple
Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Dice the feta cheese. Trim the spring onions and slice them along with the sun-dried tomatoes and cooked ham. Peel the garlic and finely chop them along with the basil. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan (careful—they brown quickly). Make a dressing from balsamic vinegar and olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper if desired. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, pour the dressing over the top, and stir to combine. Done!
