Lasagna without béchamel

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 375 g minced beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some ketchup
  • 1 cup of cream or more
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda, Emmental or Parmesan)
  • oil
  • 1 package of lasagna sheets

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until browned. Dice the onions and add them with the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, ketchup, and paprika. Add a cup of cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Grease a large, shallow baking dish with oil. Line the bottom of the baking dish with lasagna sheets and pour half of the minced meat sauce on top. Place more lasagna sheets on top and pour the remaining sauce on top. If the top layer isn’t sufficiently covered with liquid, add more cream; otherwise, the pasta sheets won’t be tender. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top. Bake on the middle rack at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.
