Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini from the refrigerated section
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 carrots
- 250 ml broth
- 2 packs of tomato sauce (Tomato al Gusto)
- 50 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- 200 g cheese, grated
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions and drain. Dice the carrots and onion. Brown the ground beef in a little oil and add the vegetables. Cook for a few more minutes, then deglaze with the broth. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Place the tortellini in a baking dish and spread the sauce over the tortellini. Pour the cream evenly over the tortellini and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. You can also use other vegetables, such as corn, zucchini, etc.
