Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed if desired
- 1 pinch of orange zest
- 3 stalks of dill, finely chopped
- Dill for decoration
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 ½ avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ mango(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine honey, Dijon mustard, orange juice, orange zest, and finely chopped dill to make a dressing. Cut the smoked salmon, avocado, and mango flesh into small cubes. Mix the avocado cubes with the lime juice. Mix the smoked salmon with the dressing. You can now mix everything together or layer the individual components. You can either use a dessert glass and layer the three components in the glass, or you can use an appetizer plate and top it with mixed salad, drizzled with a separately mixed honey and mustard dressing, and garnish with a few toasted pine nuts. Then mix the individual components together or place them layer by layer in the center of the plate using a dessert ring.
