Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 tbsp brewer’s yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds, peeled
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 200 ml plant drink
- 2 tbsp beetroot juice
- 1 tsp grape seed oil
- 1 tsp hemp oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Vegan
Combine all ingredients for the patties in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the plant-based milk (or water if desired) until a smooth consistency similar to pancake batter is achieved. Add beetroot juice, if desired. To fry, heat the various oils in a pan. When the batter is hot, ladle the batter into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with sauerkraut, applesauce, maple syrup, or fresh fruit, if desired.
