Beef soup with vegetables in the crock pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beef
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1 can green beans or 200g fresh beans, cleaned
  • 1 can carrot(s) , or 3 fresh carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 350 g potatoes, peeled, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Seasoning
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 large onion(s), peeled, diced
  • ½ liter meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

When you don’t have time to cook

Cut the beef (you can use inexpensive cuts) into approximately 1.5 cm cubes. Add all ingredients to the crock pot, season, and simmer on low for at least 6 hours. Add a little more stock if necessary. Season to taste and serve.
