Meatball and fries casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g French fries, frozen
  • 400 g meatballs
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 1 pack of grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepare the meatballs and fries according to the package instructions. If not using a ready-made product, prepare 250 ml of hollandaise sauce according to a recipe from the database. Place the cooked meatballs in the baking dish and spread the hollandaise sauce evenly over them. Sprinkle the bottom layer with 1/3 of the grated cheese. Next, add the fries. Cover these with the remaining cheese. Bake the dish in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is crispy brown.
