Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 6 olives
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • possibly oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil with a crushed garlic clove. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the sliced ​​olives and tomatoes, the cream cheese, and the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little oregano to taste. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and cook in an ovenproof dish preheated to 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
