Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 6 mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ feta cheese
- 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 2 tomatoes, dried in oil
- 6 olives
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- possibly oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil with a crushed garlic clove. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the sliced olives and tomatoes, the cream cheese, and the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little oregano to taste. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and cook in an ovenproof dish preheated to 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
