Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g vine tomatoes
- ½ half onion(s), red
- 100 g sheep’s cheese or, if desired, shepherd’s cheese
- olive oil
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- e.g. garlic, fresh

Dice the vine tomatoes or quarter them into small pieces and place them in an aluminum tray. Arrange the feta cheese pieces on top. Slice the onion and add them. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. If desired, crush fresh garlic over the tomatoes. Place the tray on a well-heated grill, carefully turning the tomatoes occasionally. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, then serve. Serve with fresh baguette.
