Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 150 g bacon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mango juice
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Salad herbs
- 1 tbsp balsamic cream
- e.g. Parmesan cheese in a piece
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the lettuce. Make a vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, salad greens, and a little mango juice and set aside. Cut the feta cheese in half, then quarters. Wrap each piece with a slice of bacon and sear in olive oil. Dress the lettuce with the vinaigrette and divide it among plates. Top with the feta cheese, grate Parmesan cheese over it, and garnish with balsamic glaze.
